THE CHEF

Matthew Davies

Matthew first began his journey into the food industry in 2004 in his home town of Doncaster working his way up at a number of top restaurants in the area perfecting his culinary skills.

After learning and working in a number of different restaurants and hotels in the area he then made the move down under to Sydney Australia where he worked in a number of its top venues including the Sydney opera house and Bondi beach hotel. Along the way, he has worked alongside some of the worlds best chefs and brands and gained a great understanding of different foods and the cultures associated with the many dishes. It is safe to say Matthew has earned his strips within the industry and is excited to deliver a menu that brings together his deep knowledge and experience to Heavensteak.
